About Donna Berry

Each Donna Berry custom piece is a unique and personal artistic collaboration between the designer and her customer. With an aesthetic and process refined through formal design education as well as experience designing and constructing for some of the industry’s most recognized labels and respected ateliers, Donna Berry provides a singular experience that reflects Donna’s own rich journey to the field of custom design.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Donna grew up enamored with the diverse styles and collections of the boutiques of Melrose, Venice and Beverly Hills. After years of pursuing and achieving another personal goal in a career as a civil litigator, she left the law to pursue her passion in the design program at FIDM in Los Angeles. While designing ready to wear collections and pieces for some of LA’s most prominent houses, including Monique Lhuillier, Donna resolved to return to a personal and artistic atelier practice, similar to the one at which she apprenticed while in fashion school.

After a brief break from design work following the birth of her twin boys, Donna Berry returned to creating custom bridal and evening gowns in Paradise Valley, Arizona, where she lives and operates today.
